Billing & Subscription
The Billing & Subscription tab provides you with a complete set of information on your account billing status. This allows you to take a quick peak into the number of events tracked, your billing cycle's start and end dates, your plan details and others. Additionally, you can change your pricing plan to a higher or a lower one and fill in payment details in this tab.
Subscription Balance
This section provides you with an information about your Voluum Tracker account balance. If all your payments are successful and / or no refund were made, account balance should be $0.

There are two situations when your account balance will be different from $0:
- Negative account balance: At least one payment was unsuccessful. The negative account balance is a reflection of a sum of all failed payments.:
- Positive account balance: Your Voluum account was topped-up by a refund. By default, any refund is sent to the selected payment method, but on request it can be used to top-up your Voluum account balance.
Subscription Details
The subscription details section lists all details regarding the usage of your current pricing plan. This section also allows you to change your pricing plan.
Invoice Details
This section enables you to view and edit your invoice details.
- Click the
icon to expand your invoice details section. - Click the Edit button button to correct or update your invoice info.

Subscription Payment Method
This section enables you to view and edit your subscription payment method details. Click the Edit button to change your payment method details.

Billing History
Billing history provides you with a list of all invoices that have been issued. In this section, you can:
- View when a given invoice was issued.
- Check the final amount on the invoice - with and without tax.
- Download a given invoice upon clicking the
button. The invoice is viewable in any PDF viewer program.
